Maybe go a bit slower during the lab demo next time. I tried to keep up with the formatting of the grid and even though I am well experienced in GIS, it was difficult to follow your speed through the different labeling techniques.

None. I enjoyed the rocket launch but didn't understand how it applied to the exercise. That doesn't mean it shouldn't be included though, maybe it can be incorporated into a form of atmospheric data collection next time.

Maybe trying to navigate around campus before heading out into the course. My group didn't have a problem with the process but it could be scary for uncertain people who doubt the reliability of the equipment.
